Warranty Coverage
We provide a 5-year limited warranty on all of our products.
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from improper installation, misuse, accidents, or alterations
- Failure due to not following installation or usage instructions
- Accessories or parts not sold by USHOWER
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any issues—damage, missing parts, or defects—contact us within 5 years of receiving your item.
Email us at service@ushower.com and include the following:
1. Your order number
2. A description of the issue
3. Photo or video showing the problem
We will respond promptly and either:
- Send a free replacement part or product
- Offer a partial or full refund if replacement is not feasible
Do not dispose of any item without our confirmation.
Damaged Items in Transit
If your product was damaged during shipping, notify us any time. Send an email with your order number and photos/videos of the damage.
Once confirmed, we'll offer a free replacement or refund to your original payment method.
Return of Unwanted Items
Changed your mind? No problem.
- Submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your item
- Item must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging and in resalable condition
- Email us at service@ushower.com with your order number and reason for return
- We may request photos or videos for our records
- We cover the delivery fee for your return
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of approval
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund
If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
Return Address
We'll provide the return address and label after approving your return request.
Do not return items without prior authorization.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
