Shipping policy
Shipping Coverage
Ushower currently ships to physical addresses within the contiguous United States only.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.
Shipping Fees
If the product is marked as "Free Shipping", you do not have to pay for shipping.
For other products, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and item size.
Shipping Carriers & Origin
We ship from our U.S. warehouse network, selecting the warehouse closest to your location to ensure faster delivery. Orders are typically delivered by UPS or FedEx.
Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days. (Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen events such as severe weather or holidays.)
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information.
You can also track your order via the "My Orders" section of your Ushower account.
Multiple Items in One Order
If your order includes multiple items, we will make every effort to ship them together.
However, depending on inventory availability or warehouse location, items may be shipped separately. You will receive tracking updates for each shipment.
Delivery Address Changes
Once your order ships, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address.
You may still be able to update your address directly through your local courier's website.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, your order will be automatically canceled and refunded. We will notify you if this occurs.
PO Box Delivery
Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes. A valid physical address is required for delivery.
Shipping Exceptions & Delays
If you notice unusual delays or tracking issues with your shipment, feel free to contact our support team (service@ushower.com). We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
